Our truck started overheating yesterday morning (with plenty of coolant). They were able to squeeze us in and diagnose the water pump. They replaced it and the serpentine belt and now our driver is back on the road. The price was fair too. Our driver lives close by so I'm sure we'll be back!

Used Kohout's for the first time this month as a new resident to Lacey. It's hard moving to a new place and finding reliable, honest businesses to deal with. We had one questionable experience for an oil change (tried to sell us tires we didn't need) but hit the jackpot when we zeroed in on Kohout's. I love this place - everyone is so nice and polite - AND - more importantly - they do the job that you took your car to them to do! They do not try to sell you on additional work that you didn't even ask for. They do just what they have to do - no more - no less. A pleasant change - RELIEF - from dealerships!!!! And - they stick to the price that they quoted you!!! In other words - they are honest!!!!
